Leadership
Leadership is about capturing the imagination and enthusiasm of your people with clearly defined goals that cut through the fog like a beacon in the night.
The Essence of Leadership
A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the quality of his actions and the integrity of his intent. In the end, leaders are much like eagles… they don’t flock, you find them one at a time.

Where are these quotes from?
If I told you I would have to kill you.
Just kidding. I honestly do not know who said these saying. Most were in picture frames and written on a picture in an inspirational way. Therefore I could not find with most of them the person who said the quote. If I could have found the author of the quotes I obvious would have added the author because it is important to give credit to the author. But if you can not find the author should you simply not use the quote? I think that the quote contains such valuable information that It needs to be spread even though I cannot find the author, I have make it clear that they are not my words.
