Teamwork is the ability to work together towards a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishment toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.
Coming together is a begining…keeping together is progress…working together is a success.

Excuses are indeed useless. Excuses have not place in our lives, excuses only serve as a reason for why something did not get done. For this reason nothing gets done from excuses, which makes excuses in there very nature counterproductive; no one is remembered for what he would have accomplished. The sole measure of success is accomplishment. People are remembered accomplishing things in spite of excuses, when they certainly had many they could have used; it is not as if they lacked excuses, but rather choice to forego the use of many plausible excuses. In History it is not important the obstacles that were there as it is the overcoming of the obstacles, for if one had not overcame those obstacles what would we have to remember except for the obstacles and the lack of accomplishment. The thing that really matters in History is that the excuses were overcome, not what the excuses were. Therefore anyone who wants to achieve a worthwhile goal must certainly forego many excuses to achieve it. Once we begin putting away our excuses we have taken the first step; we will have seen our failure and be able to move past using our failures as excuses. We must strive to eliminate excuses from our lives as much as possible. This will also assist to eliminate stress, for we will not be worrying about what excuse to use and therefore will increase our own self respect; we will have moved to a state of accomplishment. Anything else is simply an excuse.

“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your mind off the goals”
I heard this on the radio and am not quite sure who said it, but it is so true that when we take our mind off the goals and our unable to see the price at the end and start thinking about all that is going wrong we start to become pessimistic and lose our desire to achieve those goals. So keep focus on your goals.

On the a building at my school there is a quote from Alan Shawn Feinstein
“To better one life is to better the world”
That is excellent quote, so long as we remember that to better one life solely for the purpose of this world may not actually be bettering that life. We must better lives for eternity; not just for a life time. For if we our just helping to better lives for life, then it only results in a lifetime of betterment for the person and not an eternity of betterment. So what is the point really? If that is all that happens it would go like this, you better a person’s life than they better someone else’s life or even a couple of people’s lives, then he dies, then those people better some more people’s lives, then they die, and so on and so forth. Now that is all good and well you would have better the plant, except what happens in the end? Everyone dies right, we all know it will happen eventually the world will come to an end. So then everyone dies, and we have better some lives for what so that they could live better than just die and that is it end of story. So whats the point really, if that is all there is, cause everyone just ends up dead in the end.
Why not, better lives with the gospel of Jesus Christ so they can live better, then live forever. Now that is really bettering lives, and it will have everlasting consequences in the end, and will not just end with everyone dead!
